Huan has over 10 years' experience in global tech hiring, placing 250+ candidates in software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, and data science. From Shanghai, she studied Environmental Technology and Chemical Engineering, is bilingual in Mandarin and English, and lives in North London with her family.
Tania oversees compliance and operations at Widen the Net, ensuring regulatory standards and best practices. She manages APSCo membership, drives B Corp certification, and turns complex legal frameworks into client-friendly processes. Passionate about adventure, she enjoys canoeing and white-water rafting in remote rivers.
Anna has over 20 years’ experience in accounting, including senior roles at multinational companies. After a career break, she joined Widen the Net as Finance Manager, focusing on financial operations, client service, and contractor care. She enjoys gardening, family travel, and cooking.
